Judith and her Associates are awesome. When we found out my hubby had cancer and we needed to get wills done she worked magic to get us in and all the documents we needed to have so that we were taken care of before hospital and treatments even started. They did such great work a few years later when our kids got married we had them go and get everything done. In this last month my moms will and documents needed to be rewritten for her and again things were the same wonderful service. I think they are class act and wonderful folks. We will always take our needs to them because over the years they have proven to be trustworthy and always there to help in anyway they could to take care of us.
Thank you again Judith and George for always being there.
JPK & Associates successfully navigated and brought to conclusion, a very complex probate situation spanning multiple states, multiple attorneys, multiple siblings, multiple in-laws and multiple properties. This situation involved the trustee redefining the intent of the last will and testament, theft and breach of fiduciary duties. Judith very effectively managed expectations during the entire process. Her actions, commitment to thoroughness and quality, and personal knowledge of probate laws and statutes were exemplary.
Judith is very detail and clearly knowledgeable in this area. She was focused on listening to our requirements and always took the time to explain what needed to be done and why. We had utilized an attorney before, but we had not utilized an attorney with this level of background and specialization and we didn't know what to expect. Any initial concerns we had quickly disappeared as we worked through the process of completing a will, trusts, medical power of attorney and other associated documents. It's a touchy subject to begin with and one that we put off way too long. Finding out that you were using someone who has such a depth of knowledge in the area, is very personable, committed to understanding your requirements, combined with the ability to explain it on terms that we could understand was refreshing.
